Celma is currently in its beta phase, and features may change or evolve as we improve the product.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
By using Celma, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

To use Celma, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Celma only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its underlying technology are owned by Celma Technologies Oy.
You retain ownership of your data, brand assets, and content created using Celma.
By using the Service, you grant Celma a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.
Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We may modify pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice.

7. Beta Features and Feedback

During our beta phase, Celma may offer early-access features.
These are provided “as is,” and may contain bugs or limitations.
We appreciate your feedback and may use it to improve the Service without obligation to compensate you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celma Technologies Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous six (6) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Celma at any time by deactivating your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use Celma ceases immediately.

Continued use of Celma after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes will be resolved by the District Court of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
